Design and implement targeted supports, accommodations, and interventions that strengthen student independence, engagement, and success within Tier 1 environments whenever possible.
Build student self-awareness, confidence, and self-advocacy by helping students understand their strengths, challenges, and effective strategies for support.
Partner collaboratively with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers to ensure coordinated, consistent, and inclusive support for students.
Support smooth transitions between grade levels and divisions through proactive planning, communication, and documentation while promoting a culture of belonging for all learners.
